ABSTRACT
As artificial intelligence (AI) becomes more integrated into hiring processes, concerns about fairness, transparency, and user perceptions continue to grow. This thesis explores how applicants, recruiters, and AI experts perceive AI-driven recruitment at different stages of the hiring process. The research evaluates key factors such as fairness, privacy concerns, organizational attractiveness, and validity to assess AI’s role in shaping hiring experiences.
The rise of AI in e-recruitment is transforming hiring, yet stakeholder perceptions remain under explored. The research evaluates key factors such as fairness, privacy concerns, organizational attractiveness, and validity to assess AI’s role in shaping hiring experiences.
This research provides organizations with practical insights into AI adoption in hiring, highlighting the need for ethical, transparent, and legally compliant AI-driven recruitment practices.
